Home Care (Domiciliary Care)
Help at home. Kind and calm. We support with personal care, medication, meals, and gentle companionship. Times are reliable. Plans are practical and personal. In week one, we confirm visit times, communication preferences, and any clinical tasks. We check MARs, risks, and notes. Nothing is left to chance.
Complex Care (Nurse-Led)
Complex needs. Safe hands. Nurse oversight for ventilation, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, seizure support, and more. Competence is signed off before any task is delivered. In week one, we complete clinical assessments, confirm escalation routes, and test equipment routines. We supervise early shifts, audit records, and brief families. It’s calm and methodical.
Live-in Care
One carer. All day. Every day. A well-matched live-in carer supports routines, safety, and company. Life feels steady. Homes stay tidy. Families get peace of mind. In week one, we agree house rules, night routines, and respite cover. We check medication, moving and handling, and personal preferences. Reviews are quick and kind.
Learning Disability & Autism
Understand first. Support next. We use autism-informed practice and Positive Behaviour Support. We reduce distress and build daily living skills, communication, and confidence. In week one, we co-produce a simple plan: triggers, sensory needs, communication style, and goals. We keep changes small and predictable. We show what’s working with brief, visual notes.
Training & Consultancy
Train well. Care better. Short, practical courses and hands-on support. Topics include safeguarding, medication, infection control, person-centred care, PBS awareness, and complex-care competencies. In week one of any project, we audit current practice, map gaps, and start a simple action plan. We focus on skills that change care the same day.
