About GJ Care & Training
We are GJ Care & Training Ltd. We support people to live well at home and in the community. Our teams are kind, calm, and skilled. We listen first. We plan together. We keep things simple and personal. We offer supported living, home care, live-in care, complex care, and practical training. We are part of Seren Healthcare Solutions, which means strong backing and steady hands.
GJ Care & Training joined Seren on 30 June 2025. We kept the staff you know and added the systems you can trust. An integration lead guides weekly reviews. Governance is tight. Safeguarding is clear. Medication and risk are well managed. We use autism-informed practice and Positive Behaviour Support where it helps. We learn from feedback and audits. We share progress with families and commissioners. Our goal is safe care, stable teams, and better days—every day.

Plans are bespoke. We match staff well. We focus on daily skills, choice, and community life. We review often and measure outcomes.
Clinical Governance & Safety
Safer recruitment. Strong induction. Ongoing supervision and spot checks. Robust risk management, record-keeping, and health & safety. Continuous quality improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Two priorities lead our work: Staff Training & Competence. Quality Assurance & Governance. Induction and mandatory training are always refreshed with supervision and tracking. A structured QA cycle runs from Day 1.
Partnership with Commissioners
Commissioners get regular progress updates and a named contact. We welcome walkthroughs and co-designed action plans whenever needed.
Refined Processes
Care plans, risks, and MARs are audited. Medication routines continue safely. Handovers are checked. Families are involved. Outcomes: uninterrupted care with clear accountability.
